Warehouse Tech

Overview of Role:

Perform the daily warehouse operations, including counting, receiving, shelving, picking, packing, and shipping of both raw materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and weekly inventory cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Stock and straighten shelves daily from overstock inventory
• Pick and fill orders daily, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse through daily sweeping and picking up trash
• Receive stock from outside vendors and ensure count is correct.
• Assist Warehouse Manager with other duties as assigned.
• Ensure boxes are packed correctly have the appropriate labeling
• Ensure all designated orders are packaged and sent to the correct location.
• Communicate effectively with other employees and supervisor
• Proactively identify potential issues and take corrective action to minimize delays.
• Operate in a safe manner throughout the workday

Job Requirements:

• Physically able to work in a non-climate controlled environment for the duration of the shift
• Pack, lift, and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively throughout the shift
• Skillfully adjust warehouse priorities in response to business needs and competing demands.
• Adhere to all NeoInsulation safety policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
