We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes in accordance with our menu and food safety standards. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook grilled dishes, chicken, steak, and fish kabobs
- Ensure that all ingredients are properly stored, handled, and prepared
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Monitor grill temperatures and adjust as needed to ensure proper cooking
- Clean and maintain the grill station before, during, and after each shift
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and service
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Experience
- Previous experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, including grills and knives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
