We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
- Schedule appointment.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Clerk or similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in proofreading to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
