What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Specialist position at NEP Group?
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will increase the organizational effectiveness of NEP by managing the talent acquisition process for assigned business units, departments or geographies. This role will partner with hiring managers and the Human Resource team to identify opportunities to build diverse applicant pools, proactively source candidates, establish trust and partnerships with the managers, identify ideal candidates through effective interviewing and testing, effectively administer the interviewing/selection process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies to ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible talent
- Research and recommend new sources for active & passive candidate recruiting
- Work closely with the Human Resource team to develop networks/partnerships to actively build candidate pools/pipelines and NEP brand
- Place and update all job postings through various appropriate channels including internet/intranet sites, colleges, social networks, community boards and staffing partners
- Represent the company at recruiting events, providing company/job information, sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed
