ABOUT NERO INC. AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING

We have been installing and servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems throughout Connecticut since 1988. We provide a range of services to our customers including heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, ductless air systems, geothermal heat pumps, commercial refrigeration, and more! Custom ductwork is fabricated in our in-house sheet metal shop by state-licensed fabricators. The air conditioning and heating arena is our business, not a sideline. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

As a Customer Service Rep - Office Administrator, you provide crucial support for our day-to-day operations by working directly with customers and performing various administrative tasks. When customers contact us by phone or email, you respond, answering their questions and providing information with a warm, helpful, and professional attitude. If customers call to request our services, you help them schedule their appointment and update our internal calendars. You also help process payments and respond to any issues or complaints, patiently listening and connecting customers to the solutions they need.

When you're not dealing directly with customers, you keep us organized by handling a variety of administrative tasks. You're always willing to help out with documentation, scheduling, communication, and any other admin work that keeps our business running smoothly. Your satisfaction comes from supporting a great team in a positive work environment!


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

  • Customer service experience
  • Phone skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute (WPM)

Familiarity with the HVAC industry would be a plus but is not required. We are willing to train the right person! Do you enjoy helping others? Are you detail-oriented and efficient? WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

This full-time admin position typically works Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
