Uses basic mechanics tool set, ratchets, wrenches, air tools, pliers, hammers, adjustable wrenches, screwdrivers, and channel locks. Uses tape measure, and manual and digital calipers. Checks parts using appropriate gauges. Uses calculator to perform 2 and 3 place decimal calculations. Changes out machine parts to achieve proper operation and configuration.
Skills:
Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted Able to lift between 50 and 100 pounds assisted. Able to able to use ratchets, wrenches, air tools, pliers, hammers, screwdrivers and channel locks. Able to use manual and digital calipers. Able to use tap measure. Able to use calculator to perform two and three place decimal calculations. Must be able to push 50 pounds on conveyor system Constant/Frequent Standing Frequent kneeling/crawling/stooping
