Summary: Nesco Resource is seeking a Warehouse Technician for a Temp-to-Perm opportunity with a top-tier clean energy company. As a Warehouse Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting production operations through shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Highlights:

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare outgoing materials for shipment, including labeling and loading.
• Receive incoming parts and supplies, verifying against purchase orders.
• Accurately log received and shipped inventory into the system.
• Fulfill internal orders for production and R&D departments.
• Perform inventory control tasks and maintain accurate counts.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks (manual and electric), and other material handling equipment.
• Engage in frequent lifting, bending, pulling, and prolonged standing.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with cross-functional teams including shipping/receiving coordinators, purchasing, engineering, and production.
• Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to support documentation and communication tasks.
• Occasionally operate hand tools as required.
• Support other warehouse and materials functions as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory management experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office required; experience with Avante ERP/inventory systems is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, pull up to 100 lbs, and stand throughout an entire shift.
• Comfortable working outdoors for short periods in inclement weather.
• Team player who can follow directions and manage tasks independently.

Multiple Shifts Available:

• Shift 1 (8-Hours): 6:30 AM – 3 PM, Monday – Friday (8-Hour Shifts, 5-Days Per Week)
• Shift 2: 3:30 PM- 2:00 AM, Monday – Thursday (10-Hour Shifts, 4-Nights Per Week)
• Shift 3: 5:30 AM – 6 PM, Friday – Sunday (12-Hour Shifts, 3-Days Per Week)
  • Shift 3 Includes A 12% Shift Differential To Accommodate For 36/40 Hours Per Week.
• Shift 4: 5:30 PM – 6 AM, Friday – Sunday (12-Hour Shifts, 3-Nights Per Week)
  • Shift 4 Includes A 17% Shift Differential To Accommodate For 36/40 Hours Per Week.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 an Hour (Based on Experience, Interview, Etc.)

• 12% Shift Differential For Candidates Employed On Shift 2 & 3
• 17% Shift Differential For Candidates Employed On Shift 4
