A well-established company in Sleepy Hollow, NY is looking for a Accounts Payable Coordinator II to assist their team!

Role Details :

6-month contract with potential to go permanent
HYBRID! - 3 days in office, 2 days / remote
23-$30 / hr
Monday-Friday | 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

This individual will be responsible for the daily processing of a high-volume of invoices and payments within Accounts Payable Workflow system and Oracle.

Responsibilities :

Compile, record and analyze routine AP transactions

Verify that all transactions align with corporate policies and procedures

Manage and maintain data entry of invoices

Vendor account analysis and account reconciliation

Vendor statement review and reconciliation

What you need to apply :

Strong Accounts Payable Knowledge

Experience with handling a high-volume of invoices (100 invoices / day)

Relevant background in a large corporate setting; manufacturing preferred

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Strong attention to detail
