Contract - Accountant

Job Title : Accountant

Responsibilities and Skills :

• Manage all accounting transactions, including sub-ledger and general ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare and publish accurate financial statements and reports on time.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings while ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable and process timely bank payments.
• Compute taxes, prepare tax returns, and audit financial transactions and documents.
• Assess and maintain internal controls, addressing risk areas effectively.
• Report on the company's financial health and liquidity.
• Ensure confidentiality of financial data and conduct regular database backups.
• Collaborate with colleagues, vendors, and management to meet organizational goals.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize efficiently.
• Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and flexibility to work on-site and overtime as needed.
