What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine operator ii position at Nesco Resource?
Job Description :
Operates one of more of the following machines : fin press, fin power, brake, vertical / horizontal expander, overhead crane, hairpin machine, pemset, riveting, spot weld, gasket machine, and paint system.
May be required to do other reasonable manufacturing duties as assigned.
Special Requirements :
Hands may get dry and / or wet from using evaporative oil, some unassisted heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. Pushing, pulling, squatting, stooping, and bending is required.
Hand Tools Used :
Basic mechanics' tool set, ratchets, wrenches, air tools, pliers, hammers, adjustable wrenches, screwdrivers, and channel locks.
Must be able to perform 2 and 3 decimal calculations.
Machines and Equipment Involved :
Fin press, fin power, brake, expander, overhead crane, hairpin machine, paint system, hairpin, EBE bender, P4 bender and PIV's.
