We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Machine Operator.

While prior experience is not required, candidates must possess a willingness to be trained and a strong ability to read a tape measure accurately.
Responsibilities :
- Operate various types of machinery under the guidance of experienced operators and supervisors.
- Learn and adhere to safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of machinery as needed.
- Monitor machine operations and adjust as necessary to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Participate in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance your knowledge and proficiency in machine operation.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred but not required).
- Flexibility to work extended shifts as needed.
