- High School Diploma Required
- Medical Assistant Certification required, experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Effective communication skills (written and oral) to effectively relay patient concerns, symptoms, and clinical findings to the provider and care team
- Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate the electronic health record (EHR) and other clinical software efficiently
- Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to float to any Neshoba clinic as needed
- Dependable, self-motivated team player
- Responsible for basic patient care needs including but not limited to recording vital signs, directing patient flow, lab specimen collection, clinical
- Able to perform the duties/responsibilities of the position
