As the welcoming face of our retail boutique, you will guide and assist our customers, providing a highly engaging experience for our customers that goes beyond selling coffee. Your knowledge will help customers discover their perfect coffee match and create unforgettable moments with Nespresso!

- Greet and Engage: Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers, making them feel valued and eager to return.
- Listen and Learn: Understand customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions, showcasing your knowledge.
- Customer Obsessed: You have a heart for hospitality and working with people. You will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a premium experience for each individual.
- Brand Advocate: Share our mission and values in sustainability and recycling, contributing to positive change through the power of coffee.
- Share Knowledge: Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and engage customers by sharing the captivating stories behind our exceptional coffee and offering coffee tastings.
- Operations and Safety: Maintain a beautiful boutique environment, assisting with shipments, keeping the coffee wall stocked and ensuring cleanliness.
- Team Collaboration and Respect: Proactively support and collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and successful work environment.
