We are seeking a highly skilled Hyperion Consultant with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects and programs, with a strong technical background in Hyperion.
This role is hybrid, with no travel required, and operates during day shifts.
The Hyperion Consultant will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, contributing to the company’s growth and impact on society.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Oversee the development and execution of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
Provide direction and support to project teams, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Qualifications
Possess a strong technical background in Hyperion, with hands-on experience
Demonstrate excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Have strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Show proficiency in project management software and tools.
Have a solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Display strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Be detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Have a bachelors degree in a related field
Be adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Exhibit a strong work ethic, with a dedication to achieving project goals and objectives.
