Job Title: R&D Technologist (Electrical Characterization Engineer)

Type: Contractor | Full-Time | 6 Months (Potential Conversion)
Role Overview:
Seeking an Electrical Characterization Engineer to support applications development and rapid prototyping in a fast-paced engineering lab environment. The role focuses on signal integrity, EMC testing, and electrical measurements across diverse technology projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical characterization for signal integrity and EMI/EMC testing
- Use lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, and VNAs
- Conduct S-parameter measurements, TDR analysis, and eye diagram evaluation (preferred)
- Analyze electrical data and support project workflows
- Collaborate with senior engineers in a dynamic lab setting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of electrical and signal integrity fundamentals
- Hands-on lab experience with electrical test equipment
- Knowledge of RF fundamentals, transmission lines, and EMC concepts preferred
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
