Insulation Crew Member
4 day work week!!!
The Weatherization Assistance Program helps income eligible Vermonters save fuel and money by improving the energy efficiency of their homes.
The work includes:
- Insulating (e.g., cellulose, spray foam, rigid foam)
- Air sealing (top and bottom of buildings)
- Installing ventilation to improve indoor air quality
- Improving duct work
- Doing minor structural repairs
- Coaching clients on other ways to save energy

We are looking for DEPENDABLE individuals who have the ability to:
- Do physically demanding work including climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and lifting tools and materials
- Follow established health and safety procedure
- Work professionally with coworkers and clients
- Have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic construction or carpentry skills
- A valid driver’s license & good driving record
- A high school diploma or equivalent
