RN ICU (Intensive Care Unit)
Location: Ocala, FL
Pay Range: $30.60 – $45.90/hr (based on experience)
Shift : Days & Nights with Rotating Weekends
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Days | $15,000 Nights
Relocation Assistance: Available (case by case)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an acute care setting. In this role, you will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, individualized care while supporting excellent clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care
- Perform patient assessments and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered
- Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately and timely
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and follow-up care
- Promote patient recovery through education, prevention, and self-care planning
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support quality and safety goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience (within the last 3 years)
- Higher-acuity experience preferred; strong Med/Surg nurses considered
- Active Florida RN license or compact license
- Compact license holders must obtain FL license within 60 days of relocation
- ADN required (BSN preferred)
- BLS and ACLS required (may be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- TNCC or CCRN required within 1 year of hire
