The Paralegal will assist attorney(s) by providing clerical and research support services including document preparation and review; interviewing clients and witnesses; research, investigations, and fact-checking; and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and organizing documents and information from various cases at the firm. This candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between multiple groups and keeping all documents important to the cases they are working on organized.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Meets with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.
• Review and draft legal documents.
• Researches and analyzes statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources; provides written analysis to attorneys.
• Prepares, organizes, stores, and retrieves case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, exhibits, and other items.
• Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
• Develops and maintains records.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Paralegal certificate required.

You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. To do so, we will require either (1) a valid power of attorney, or (2) signed written permission from you. In the event your authorized agent is relying on signed written permission, we may also need to verify your identity and/or contact you directly to confirm permission to proceed with the request.

As noted above, if your request concerns Personal Information collected in our capacity as a service provider to a client, we are not responsible for responding to the request and may send the request to the client for a response.

Governing law

This Services are provided in the United States, and are located and targeted to persons in the United States and our policies are directed at compliance with those laws. If you are uncertain whether this Policy conflicts with the applicable local privacy laws where you are located, you should not submit your Personal Information to Netradyne.
