Sales Development Representative - FinTech
A high-growth FinTech company is seeking a driven and ambitious SDR to join their expanding sales team. Backed by over $10 million in funding and led by a strong leadership team, our client provides cutting-edge financial solutions that help companies take control of their cash flow and payroll.
Operating at the forefront of innovation in the payments and financial SaaS space, the company has seen rapid growth across the US. They are now building out their new business team to capitalise on their growing presence in the MSP market.
This role is ideal for an energetic and resilient individual who is looking to launch a long-term career in sales. Based out of a lively Tampa office- but with frequent nationwide travel- this opportunity offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic team while gaining exposure to fast-moving markets.
This is a hybrid position, with 4 days per week in their Tampa office; successful candidates can also expect cross-country travel to attend events and conferences.
Responsibilities
- Build a strong sales pipeline using personal network, existing customers, and new outreach
- Plan and run outbound campaigns to key contacts across the technology space
- Find new leads through online research and social media tools
- Write personalised and engaging emails to prospects
- Keep CRM data accurate and update prospecting activity and forecasts
- Meet or beat weekly and monthly performance targets
The Successful Candidate
- 12 months B2B sales experience or new business experience is advantageous
- Candidates outside of B2B sales will also be considered; B2C candidates are encouraged to apply
- Candidates coming from a competitive background (e.g. playing competitive sports) or some form of competitive industry are encouraged to apply
- Open to travelling around the US to attend trade shows and events
- Commutable to their Tampa office 4x days per week
SDR Package
- Basic Salary: $45,000
- OTE: $30,000
