NWS, a premier manufacturer and distributor of telecommunications infrastructure solutions is actively seeking a skilled Regional Sales Executive for our Broadband division to become a key player within our Sales and Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Sales, Broadband, who in turn reports directly to the EVP & GM, this role is crucial for spearheading our sales initiatives and operations targeting both major and emerging Broadband Providers across various portions of the Western United States. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in broadband sales, demonstrate a strategic approach to business, and exhibit a zeal for propelling business growth in a competitive landscape.
The Regional Sales Executive, Broadband, will be chiefly responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with both existing customers and potential clients. Your role is central to developing and implementing sales strategies that effectively address customer needs and align with our company's goals. This position demands a candidate with a comprehensive understanding of the broadband service providers' sector, with a particular focus on both wired and wireless broadband solutions. You will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, engaging with key decision-makers, and driving sales initiatives that contribute to market share expansion and profitable revenue growth in line with our corporate objectives. The role requires extensive travel throughout the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers in the broadband sector, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and how our solutions can meet those needs.
- Strategically identify growth opportunities within the broadband market and execute sales strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key broadband customers in your territory, offering solutions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Leverage market analysis and customer feedback to inform and adjust sales strategies and operations.
- Collaborate closely with the product marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives that drive engagement and sales within the broadband segment.

Requirements:
