Pensacola, FL to provide clinical outpatient evaluations for patients from a wide variety of
referral sources in the community, including neurologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, and
primary care physicians. The opportunity for civil forensic work is also available for those
interested. Minimum requirements include completion of a doctoral degree in clinical or
counseling psychology from an APA- or CPA-accredited program, including an APA- or CPA-
accredited pre-doctoral internship, and with subsequent completion of a formal two-year
postdoctoral residency in neuropsychology broadly consistent with Houston Conference and
APPCN training guidelines. Participation in forensic evaluations is encouraged, and supervision
and consultation are available for providers without prior experience in the practice of forensic
neuropsychology. Pursuit of board certification in clinical neuropsychology through the American
Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) is strongly encouraged and will be supported. In
addition to the clinic director, NSG’s Pensacola office currently employs a full-time
psychometrist/site coordinator.
