What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Management Supervisor position at Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare?
Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Case Manager Supervisor, that is energetic, insightful and ready to lead a team of compassionate individuals that desire to make an impact in the lives of Developmentally Disabled, and Intellectually Challenged, youth and adults.
· Directs talent engagement and
development through the recruitment and retention of high performing, client services-driven
Case Managers.
· Utilize prior professional
experience and integrity, to inspire, train, and coach Care Managers to provide
fidelity-oriented services to the youth and families served.
· Professionally develop and provide
administrative and clinical case oversight and support to a team of 6-12 Case
Managers.
- Meet regularly with Executive Director for direction,
guidance and development.
- Supports the primary tasks of management functions and
operating procedures.
- Facilitates the continuous implementation of various
fee-for-service local Government, community-based programs.
- Supervision, training and mentoring of staff providing
services to persons with disabilities, student services, youth in
transition, families and veterans.
- Establish relevant goals and objectives to assess weekly
productivity levels.
- Facilitate staffing coordination assessments based upon
agency staffing needs.
- Weekly review of client case records and requisite
documentation pertinent to specific programs to ensure standards of
quality and compliance.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with federal,
state, county and private provider agencies/nonprofit organizations that
serve persons with disabilities.
- Lead and coordinate staff meetings, trainings and
in-services as required.
- Assist in preparation of various agency reports for
specific funders/programs.
- Facilitation / dispute resolution in the course of
service provision across agency programs.
- Provide oversight of agency operations in the absence
of Executive Director.
- Provide technical training for the execution of the
following:
o Initial treatment plan and coordination of
services to support client base.
o When to modify the treatment plan based on
changing needs
· Establish and maintain
positive working relationships with assigned staff, providers, and families.
· Perform weekly productivity
meetings.
· Develop an adequate
professional relationship with all referral sources and relevant community
agencies.
· Coordinate with
service providers to market, refer and collaborate
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree, (Master’s preferred) in social
work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
- Minimum three-year experience providing supervision to
a team of direct reports.
- Experience with individuals or youth with intellectual
and developmental disabilities or at-Risk behaviors.
- Bilingual language skills a plus
- Exemplary time management and organization skills
- Culturally competent verbal and written communication
skills
- Basic technology proficiency
- Valid driver’s license required
