Come join our team! We are looking for an experienced X-Ray Tech to work Full-time in an outpatient setting. This is a great opportunity to work for an established Neurology and Orthopedic practice that has been in the area for 30 years. We offer great pay and a positive work environment.
```Duties```
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, and scans, as directed by physicians
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition
- Review images for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic evaluations
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 year of experience as an X-ray Technician or in a similar role
- Proficient in medical terminology and knowledgeable about anatomy and physiology
- Experience with medical imaging techniques, including X-ray scans
Qualifications:
- Valid certification as an X-ray Technician
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
