Job Description

Nevada Cement Company seeks an experienced millwright/industrial maintenance mechanic to join their team. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing complex mechanical repairs and installations in a fast-paced heavy industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment using advanced diagnostic techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless equipment installations and commissioning.
• Develop and implement effective job plans to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians and apprentices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and safety.

Qualifications:

• Three or more years of experience in heavy industry manufacturing maintenance and repairs.
