- We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals for patients based on dietary restrictions
- Medication Reminder
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks
- Help patients with mobility assistance and exercises
- Maintain accurate medical records and report any changes in the patient's condition to the healthcare team
Skills
- Experience in long-term care, home health, or home care is preferred
- CPR certification is a plus
- Ability to observe and assess patient needs effectively
- Proficient in patient observation and recording vital signs
- Basic cooking skills to prepare meals for patients
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patient care
