Requirements:
- No restaurant experience required, but preferred
- 3-5 years experience working in a hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment
- Experience mentoring and training hourly team members
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide direction to your teams
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends regularly
- Must be able to scoop ice cream and lift 30lbs
