Senior Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician I Job Description: As a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician (MHRT), you will provide support to aging adults with persistent mental health challenges within a residential setting. You will assist clients with mental health diagnoses to achieve their personal plan goals, encouraging change through a positive reinforcement approach, administering medication, and promoting and encouraging client community integration and inclusion. Drive our company vehicle to attend social outings and activities with our clients! As a Senior MHRT, primary additional responsibilities are overseeing and managing the client medication.
Pay rate dependent on position, shift, certifications, and experience, ranging from $17.00 - $18.50/hr. Hiring immediately!

Requirements
Senior Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician I Requirements:
- A high school diploma/GED
- Must be 18 years of age or over
- A valid driver's license is required
- 3-5 years’ experience in direct care and a minimum of 2 years as an active CRMA is required, MHRT-1 certification preferred
Salary : $17 - $19
