TRANSPORTER - Full Time position available (Evenings & Weekends)

Compensation
$19.04 - $20.00 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
▪ May transport youth to activities.
▪ Transport youth to home visits as needed including transportation to the airport.
▪ Transport youth to court appointments (responsible for transport only).
▪ Transports youth and parent(s) to Wyndham or Randolph Campus for tours and admissions.
▪ Will provide tours of Residential and School facilities as requested.
▪ With Supervisor’s approval, may occasionally provide transports for medical appointments.
▪ Fuel vehicles as needed.
▪ Complete vehicle transport sheets consistently and complete vehicle work order forms as needed when using an agency vehicle.
▪ Assists with CSE tours when Intake Coordinator is unavailable.
▪ Travel (fly) to or from NYC to supervise resident and make sure they are successfully met by their parent/guardian.
▪ Pick up new County resident at court or a designated area and return resident to Randolph Residential.
▪ Provides Youth Support Specialist coverage when available.
▪ Maintains Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and First Aid/CPR certification provided by the agency.
▪ Attends all mandatory in-service training and regularly attends supervision meetings.
▪ Attends other training and in-services as requested.
▪ Any additional duties assigned by immediate supervisor.

Minimum Education And/or Professional Qualifications/Skills
▪ High school Diploma/GED

▪ Ability to pass annual physical for Category 3 job classification in accordance with New Directions Employee Health policy.
▪ Must comply with Agency safety standards and be responsible for own actions and conduct concerning safety and healthy working conditions.
