Equipment Operator (Loader) - What You Will Do?
- Operate assigned equipment in accordance with NESL operating and safety guidelines.
- Operate miscellaneous equipment for the loading multiple types of material, preparation, grading of job site.
- Inspect and maintain equipment in good working condition.
- Effectively communicate with teammates on worksite.
- Represent NESL with the utmost professionalism.
Requirements - We Are Looking For?
- High School Graduate/GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of equipment operating experience preferred.
- Able to successfully pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen and audiogram.
- Able to successfully meet NESL standards for MVR and Criminal Background Check.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Perform physical labor, to include shoveling, raking, as well as standing, kneeling, bending for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Laser focus attention to detail with the discipline to ensure accurate and quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and the ability to operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines.
- Capable and willingness to work 8 hour shift during day/night/weekend hours to meet business demands.
- Ability and willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions such as heat, cold, wind, rain and dusty environments.
- Capable and willingness to travel to job sites within a defined geographic territory.
