Quarry Foreperson - What Will You Do?
- Operates variety of quarry equipment as directed.
- Performs routine maintenance on equipment.
- Serves as a helper on projects as needed.
- Completes daily reports.
- Fills in for Quarry Superintendent.
- Assists MSHA and DEP inspectors with facility inspections.
- Helps with production reporting.
- Gives direction to other employees when the Quarry Superintendent is not available.
- Helps solve problems and troubleshoot when plant break downs occur.

Requirements - Who Are We Looking For?
- Three to five years experience in a quarry or aggregate environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.
- Team Mindset - "The NESL Way"
- Focus on Safety, Quality, and Accuracy.
- Experience in construction or manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver's license and meets NESL's driving standards, prefered.
- High School Diploma or GED.
