Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, managing the classroom, and promoting the overall well-being and development of each child.
Duties:
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum goals
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive educational experience
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Promote positive behavior management techniques and encourage social-emotional development
- Plan and supervise educational activities, field trips, and special events
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on student progress
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
