Work Schedule : Part-time employees are required to work 2-3 shifts a week (11pm-3am and / or 3am-8am), with flexibility to pick up additional shifts to support the team.
$17.50 per hour, $18.50 with a Bachelor's Degree
Responsibilities
Safety and Well-being : Ensure the safety and well-being of students during traditional sleeping hours, staying awake and alert throughout the entire shift.
Bed Checks : Conduct bed checks every 15 minutes to monitor student safety and address any immediate needs or concerns.
Student Assistance : Assist students who may be ill or experiencing difficulties, providing necessary support and care.
Observation and Documentation : Observe and accurately document student behavior, contributing to their care and overall progress.
Daily Assignments : Complete daily assignments during each shift, ensuring that all responsibilities are met effectively.
Specialized Tasks : Take on specialized assignments from the Supervisor as required to support the team and students.
Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with Day Staff to ensure seamless transitions between shifts, maintaining a cohesive and supportive environment for our students.
Medication Distribution : Assist Nursing department with distributing medication to students as needed, filing paperwork, checking on sick students, and daily charting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 years old or older
- Current driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to pass a Utah State background check
- Must be female
