SIGNING BONUS - $1,500
New Hope Support Services, LLC provides community-based mental health services for individuals in Staunton, Waynesboro, Fisherville and surrounding areas. NHSS Mental Health Providers are valued for their ability to provide direct care interventions for individuals with severe mental illness diagnoses and their ability to use their professional experiences to assist individuals with increasing their independence, daily living skills, personal empowerment and improved quality of life.
NHSS is currently hiring for a FULL-TIME Mental Health Support Providers to provide one-on-one mental health skill-building training and reinforcements for adult individuals, who live in Augusta County.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors or Associate degree
- Human Services coursework
- Experience implementing Behavioral Health interventions
- QMHP- A or QMHP-T designation or QPPMH with one year of supervised experience.
Work experience must include implementation of mental health treatment plans, report writing (e.g., progress notes, quarterly reports and evaluation of progress towards goals and objectives), and use of community resources for individuals who have a mental illness diagnosis.
Must have strong intervention and documentation skills with excellent interpersonal, writing and computer skills.
