A Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for assisting people with intellectual and other disabilities to live their lives as they choose.
Work Hours: Every Other Saturday and Sunday 6 am-2pm or 2pm - 10pm
- Must be detail-oriented and have competent literacy and writing, documentation, communications, and interpersonal abilities.
- Campus home employees must be 16 years of age or older
- Enthusiasm about supporting people to live their best lives!
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people served by New Hope, co-workers, family members, and the public.
- Ability to pass physical so you can lift people served if needed. Desire to develop new skills and grow professionally.
