EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Experience with organizing and managing large quantities of files and records.
Enthusiastic, welcoming demeanor and professional customer service skills.
2 years office experience minimum.
Proficiency with MS Office program and ability to create spreadsheets and databases with Excel.
Organizational skills and ability to self-direct.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree in the human service field.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and produce high quality and accurate work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist with the answering of phone lines professionally; evaluate caller needs/direct to appropriate administrative staff
- Coordinate and perform quality assurance calls monthly
- Coordinate and perform supervision meetings weekly
- Review daily and/or weekly notes for accuracy; send revisions as necessary
- Maintain all client files and records
- Remain aware of DMAS regulations and company standards regarding documentation
- Assist with new hire documentation training as necessary
- Conduct individualized meetings with counselors for training purposes providing education and guidance
- Contact counselors weekly to notify of outstanding documentation if necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned

- EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
To qualify a candidate MUST have at least a bachelor’s degree in human service field or special education from an accredited college and with at least one year of experience and a VALID QMHP-T or QMHP-A Certification.
Additional Requirements
Employee must be certified as tuberculosis free
Employee must clear criminal background and CPS registry checks
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
