If you are hired on or after 1/1/2025 into a Full Time (40 hours per week) you will be eligible to receive a total of $10,000 which will be paid out in installments as you reach milestones in your time with us. You will receive $2,000 (less applicable withholding) after the successful completion of your 90 day probationary period; a second payment of $3,000 (less applicable withholding) will be paid when you reach 6 months of employment (from your date of hire) AND a final payment of $5,000 (less applicable withholding) will be paid when you reach one year of service! All payments will be made on a quarterly basis on the first pay date following the close of the calendar quarter.
SCHEDULE: Thurs 7am-3pm, Fri 7am-3pm, Sat 8am-4pm, Sun 8am-4pm and Mon 7am-3pm
NHR provides supports and services to people with ID/DD; Direct Support Professionals (DSP) are essential members of a person’s support team. As a member of the support team, this position is responsible for supporting the person with safety, life-skills training, developing relationships, and participation in the community. The employee in this position will support the person(s) by working closely with the residence coordinator, residential team, clinicians, community stakeholders, and natural supports to ensure that services are provided as identified and specified in the person’s Life Plan and Staff Action Plan
