Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience
- Must be a very confident and independent individual
- Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Adaptable quickly to changing technology
- Possess strong time management skills
- Possess excellent ability to communicate in English both written and verbal
Duties:
- Execute the company Environmental Health Safety & Compliance program
- Respond to all calls and work tickets from customer care to ensure customer satisfaction and
retention - Answer all customer complaint e-mails, phone calls, etc. and route them to the assigned supervisor
for resolution - Escalate any complaints from the customers on the critical accounts list to Senior Management
- Follow the flow chart of work ticket processing and closure
- Conduct online inspections and be sure deficiency work tickets are executed to improve results
- Visit clients on frequency determined by senior management
- Weekend rotating on call coverage
- Attend MBRs and QBRs for assigned accounts as scheduled by senior management and customer care
- Attend Operations Meetings as scheduled by senior management
- Be sure job sites are operated according to the operations manual, schedules and scopes of work
- Train and direct supervisors and support staff
- Approve materials orders
- Review timekeeping for assigned accounts on a daily basis and follow all procedures for labor cost
control - Follow company progressive discipline program as required
- Promote the sales of additional services in assigned accounts
