Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Position Location: Ontario, California
New-Indy Recycling has an opening for a Customer Service Representative to schedule appointments, create purchase orders and data entry. Other responsibilities include:
DOMESTIC/TRADE TASKS
- Schedule mill and plant appointments in Open Dock program

Request freight rates needed for prospective proposals
- Schedule loads with carrier based on rate and/or level of service
- Create Purchase Orders in the “Cietrade” system.
- Schedule Domestic trucks as needed and redirect loads as necessary
- Create Sales Orders in the “Cietrade” system
- Create a Worksheet Number in Cietrade and/or SMS for each load
- Follow up to ensure loads are being picked up as requested
- Collect weight tickets after delivery and complete worksheets in Cietrade to ensure that each load is accounted for on the Gross Profit Report
- Send copies of Certified Weight Tickets to Suppliers
- Review reports for accuracy prior to being sent to supplier

Data entry and billing of domestic loads
- Invoices are reviewed for accuracy prior to being submitted to accounting for payment
- High School graduate
- 2 years Customer Service experience
- Manufacturing, Logistics, or Recycling experience a plus
- English and Spanish speaking a plus
Salary : $23 - $25
