Essential Functions: To provide oversight to New Mexico Wellness throughout the day-to-day security operations as well as administrative oversight for kitchen, facility maintenance, and Residential Attendants. In this position, the shall appoint and provide direction to manage and organize security efforts to minimize any and all potential risk to staff, persons’ served, and stakeholders.

Regularly solicit feedback on service quality from staff persons served and outside stakeholders. Employs a leadership style that is Person Centered according to the needs of individuals served, setting goals to continuously provide quality services.
2. Administrative Abilities: Designs and implements the security and administrative measures, reviews and analyzes data metrics to ensure that the safety measures align with the needs of the Organization. Provides leadership and oversight through the establishment of policies and procedures required to maintain the integrity of services to all client needs, regulatory policy, and accreditation requirements.
3. Leadership: Assumes responsibility for the security of the Organization setting a tone and demeanor appropriate to the reputation of New Mexico Wellness. Acts in a manner that assumes the responsibility for being the ‘voice of safety’ of the Organization to clients, staff, and within the community.
4. Risk Management: Collaborate with other members of the leadership teamto develop and maintain a comprehensive Organization-wide risk assessment process to monitor internal and external risks, develop strategies for mitigation and control, and prepare periodic reports on outcomes and strategies as relevant to annual reporting or other organizational reporting timelines.
5. Relationship Management: Initiates, manages, and maintains relationships with external stakeholders and vendors. Acquires and analyzes stakeholder feedback to establish quality services and relationships as they align with the goals of New Mexico Wellness.
Position Duties:
1. Works in collaboration with other members of the Leadership Team to establish the leadership and core values of the organization. Provides the tone for the culture that establishes the reputation for New Mexico Wellness.
2. Has a working relationship with the community to include external stakeholders and vendors to ensure the quality of relationships established between them and New Mexico Wellness.
3. Gathers and analyzes data to establish goals and metrics for the quality and development of the organization.
4. Collaborates with other administrators to establish the Strategic Plan of the Organization to keep a focus on providing quality services. Utilizes feedback from all stakeholders to ensure satisfaction through services, employment, and within the community.
5. Establishes the Organizations Risk Management Plan to ensure that Risk is acknowledged, and key measures are taken to mitigate risk factors.
6. Collaborates to establish and implement security/safety related policy and procedure on behalf of the Organization.
7. Provides Administrative oversight and support to the organization to ensure quality review measures are put into place to remain in compliance with all regulatory and accreditation entities.
8. Provides leadership and oversight to the operations of the organization.
9. Completes all required training in a timely manner.
