What are the responsibilities and job description for the Produce Specialist position at New Morning Market?
- Stocks produce, seasonal department related products and general department supplies.
- During garden season: assist with plant watering, pruning, and keeping outdoor area clean and well-merchandised.
- Properly stores and rotates products according to department procedures.
- Participates in Cut Produce program by prepping/slicing/packaging fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Ensure retail floor and cooler areas are maintained in sanitary, orderly condition meeting Health Department standards
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to consistently lift 75 lbs.
- Ability to work evening and weekend shifts
