Job Summary:
We are a Brain Health, Counseling and Neurofeedback Practice with offices located in Littleton. We help our clients recover from anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood issues, head trauma, autistic spectrum issues, PTSD, and addictions. Our practice offers neurofeedback, counseling and other non-drug approaches to enhancing emotional wellness & health.
We are not a residential treatment center and do not work with acutely severe client issues.
We are seeking an intelligent and caring person to train as a neurofeedback technician and work directly under the supervision of Henry Fagnant, PMHNP. This employment experience will allow you to learn and grow and move towards expertise in the field of Neurotherapy. Interest in psychology, optimizing brain function, and emotional wellness is required for this position. Prior neurofeedback experience not required. We will train you to be a neurofeedback technician! Individuals who are Board Certified in Neurofeedback (BCN) or are seeking certification are preferred.
This position will start as part time contract work. Hours are based on our day to day schedule and we are flexible regarding the days and times you are able to work. We are mostly interested in someone who can work either 2 evenings and/or Saturdays. Students in psychology or counseling are encouraged to apply. We can work around your schedule. We also welcome licensed counselors or individuals working toward licensure to apply. There are options to also do therapy before neurofeedback if you need more psychotherapy hours for internship. Pay varies based on experience and credentials.

Duties:
- Collect and maintain accurate data on patient interactions and progress
- Provide care and support to individuals with autism and PTSD
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all patient interactions
- Implement crisis intervention techniques when necessary
- Manage medical records efficiently and securely
- Conduct counseling sessions as needed and/or suicide prevention interventions
- Apply behavior analysis principles to support patient development
