POSITION SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborating with Your Team to Streamline Work Processes
- Creating and Fulfilling OKRs (objectives and key results) with Your Team
- Assisting students with questions through a variety of social media outlets
- Managing FB community
- Engaging students
- Managing FB Messages and Questions
- Obtaining Student Testimonials
- Communicating student feedback to content team to improve existing course
- Working with content team to build the course
- Awarding Students Within The Community
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Arts & Design or Communications
- Knowledge/Experience with the Real-Estate realm, a plus
- Punctuality: Arrive On Time Every time
- Computer Literacy
- Proper Phone Etiquette - You are representing the values and intellect of our company
- Type 45 WPM
- Well Versed in Microsoft Word or Google Suite (Especially Excel or Google Spreadsheets)
- Be Coachable and Let Us Challenge You
- Customer Service Experience
- Culture Fit, Willing to work in a team environment
- Critical Thinker/Problem Solver
