Marketing/Administrative Support will serve as a member of and resource to the Marketing and Administrative Teams, supporting their efforts while adhering to company policy and industry regulation
Job Description
- Work strategically with the sales team in a business development capacity
- Support the Field Marketing Manager by being the primary owner of marketing request planning, accurate and detailed submission, and tracking of all office projects and deliverables into the marketing support traffic system.
- Recommend and support social media strategies
- Build and manage relationships with potential customers and clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Communicating with and providing direct support for the clients
- General bookkeeping
- Assist with document scanning
- Answering incoming call
- Listing coordination
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel and social medial
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong customer service and creative problem solving experience
- Real Estate experience a plus!
