What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor position at New School for Child Development?

Your day will include:
- One hour of individual supervision per week per supervisee. Read and co-sign progress notes, reports, and assessments.
- Two-hour group clinical supervision on a weekly basis as assigned.
- Case coverage and conduct therapeutic groups if and when needed.
- 24-hour availability and crisis intervention on an as-needed basis.
- Maintenance of client information in a confidential manner and ensure all staff adheres to and observes confidentiality of information rules
- Working closely with Director and Program Coordinator to ensure compliance with documentation requirements per agency and DCFS guidelines.
- Participation in ongoing chart reviews ensuring all documentation meets contractual requirements in a timely manner.
- Clinical consultation and oversight for the program in the absence of Program Coordinator or Director
- Interfacing with DCFS, court systems if needed and act as liaison with community agencies and organizations
