New U Life wants a talented Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement digital-led programs, crossfunctional campaigns, and day-to-day management of our technical marketing channels, as well as drive deeper
engagement with New U Life customers and field leaders. The ideal candidate will develop clear and measurable
objectives to discover the best strategy for success by developing digital solutions. You will partner closely with
internal teams from Content, Creative, Product Marketing, Social Media, Sales, Events, and more.
II. Required Performance
WHAT YOU WILL OWN (including, but not limited to) :
- In collaboration with the New U Life’s Vice President of Marketing, be the New U Life Digital Marketing Manager overseeing all digital channels, such as email, SMS, app, e-commerce, and web development.
- Work with the New U Life design team to develop marketing collateral and meet branding standards.
- Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads).
- Become a voice that will disseminate New U Life’s culture and brand to our leaders and customers.
- Develop all digital marketing plans including SEO / SEM, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
- Conduct, gather and analyze online statics while identifying opportunities to optimize performance and report insights to leadership to determine new areas to fully leverage digital communication.
- Achieve targeted results and ensure timely effective execution of digital marketing tactics and programs.
- Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics. Report KPI metrics monthly to demonstrate strengths and weaknesses of engagement.
- Oversee engagement strategy and project management responsibilities for the New U Life app (Uconnect); acting as the face of the organization to teach, instruct, manage, and become the subject matter expert.
- Integrate all digital communications channels (email, SMS, push) to ensure the most substantial open rate.
- Develop the branding standard for all visual communication sent electronically, primarily email, to ensure New U Life brand is second-to-none with easily shareable assets.
- Promote and support all videography event publications on international channels.
- Support all digital and online promotions via retargeting campaigns, drip-campaigns, win-back campaigns, segmentation, email automation, and smart trigger to ensure the highest customer conversion rate.
- Act as the administrator of the New U Life website and e-commerce platform working cooperatively with the design, operations and the IT department to ensure all marketing promotions are launched online.
- Oversee all smart-trigger and automation communication via email and SMS channels.
- Work with sales, field support, operations, and international to ensure global communication is conducted.
