In this role, you’ll work closely with our Customer Success team to support the full client journey—from onboarding to ongoing engagement. You’ll help ensure smooth communication, timely follow-up, and accurate tracking of client needs. With strong guidance and exposure to various departments, you’ll gain foundational experience in client support and relationship-building.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with onboarding new clients and guiding them through initial setup
- Monitoring and coordinating client support requests across teams
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date client records in CRM systems
- Preparing follow-up emails, basic reports, and helpful client materials
- Identifying common issues or concerns and escalating where necessary
