Salary : ranging from $500,000 to $999,000 annually, with bonus incentives to reward your hard work and dedication.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform general dental procedures including cleanings, fillings, crowns, and preventive care, while utilizing pediatric dentistry skills to assess and create treatment plans for children requiring age-appropriate dental care.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric dental cases, including managing early orthodontic needs, designing treatment plans, and addressing common pediatric dental issues.
- Skilled in managing patient comfort, including sedation and anesthesia techniques when necessary for young patients.
- Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene, post-surgical care, and preventive measures for long-term dental health.
- Maintain accurate patient records, document treatments and progress, and collaborate with specialists as needed for complex pediatric cases.
- Coordinate with treatment coordinators to ensure efficient scheduling, follow-up care, and patient communication.
- Maintain communication with referring dentists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for pediatric patients .
