What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-time Weekday Home Attendant (Congregate Setting) position at New York Foundation for Senior Citizens, Inc.?
Must hold valid Home Health Aide certification in the state of New York.
- Responsible for conducting rounds to check apartments and ensure that residents are safe
- Housekeeping
- Escorting residents to appointments
- Meal preparation and clean-up (e.g. dishes)
- Packing up of meals
- Relate in a friendly, congenial manner to residents
