New York Plastic Surgical Group is seeking a Per-Diem Medical Receptionist/Patient Relations Representative for our Deep Blue Med Spa!
Must have a flexible schedule to work Saturdays and evening shifts.
*Prior experience in the skincare industry or spa reception experience is a plus!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be knowledgeable and understand all DBMS treatments & procedures.
- Communicates with guests by demonstrating professionalism, friendliness, sophistication, and confidence.
- Perform Deep Blue Med Spa Open/ Close office duties.
- Answer telephone calls courteously and efficiently and make various types of appointments for all DBMS locations.
- Maintain knowledge regarding the payment process (creating bills, packages, gift cards, applying payments etc.).
- Adhere to all departmental processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree preferred or 2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Strong computer/technical skills, including knowledge of practice management software (NexTech, a plus) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $19.00-$21.00
