Job Description

  • Troubleshoots problems, complaints and requests.
  • Performs routine maintenance and repairs as assigned. (i.e. change light bulbs, oil hinges, clear plugged drains, patching/painting, and reports major repair needs.
  • Assists tradesman as needed in areas of major repair and installation.
  • Orders and maintains supplies.
  • Responds to special function requests.
  • Complies with established personal protective equipment requirements necessary for protection against exposure to blood and other potentially infectious body fluids, chemical disinfectants, radiation, asbestos and other hazardous substances.
